Jennafer Persinger

Senior Paralegal at Seiler Rapp & Guerra, in The Woodlands. Employed by Kenna Seiler beginning in 2001 at another law firm after starting a career in the legal field as a file clerk while attending high school. While working for Ms. Seiler, obtained an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from Kaplan University. Experience includes personal injury, commercial, business, real estate, probate, estate planning, and guardianship cases from intake through trial and appeal.

Certified Paralegal by the National Association of Legal Assistants (2015), Advanced Certified Paralegal in Estate Planning by the National Association of Legal Assistants (2017), Advanced Certified Paralegal in Trial Practice by the National Association of Legal Assistants (2022), Board Certified Paralegal in Civil Trial Law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (2022).

Active Member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas, the National Association of Legal Assistants, and The Woodlands Bar Association.

Currently serving as Committee Chair – Fundraising (2022-2023) of the Caney Creek High School Cheer Booster Club and District 10 Sub-Chair of the Professional Development Committee of the Paralegal Division, State Bar of Texas (2022-2023).
 
Has also served as District 10 Sub-Chair of the Public Relations Committee of the Paralegal Division, State Bar of Texas (2021-2022), Vice-President (2020-2021) and President (2021-2022) of the Moorhead Junior High School Cheer Booster Club, District 10 Director of the Paralegal Division, State Bar of Texas (2018-2019), Vice-President of the Caney Creek High School Football Booster Club (2017-2018), and Court Visitor in the Court Visitor Program of County Court at Law No. 2 in Montgomery County, Texas.
