Biography

Tiffany Wrkich is an attorney with Seiler Rapp & Guerra, focusing her practice on full-service, cradle-to-grave representation of businesses.

Tiffany began her career representing some of the nation’s largest hedge funds, real estate investment trusts, and institutional investors during the credit crunch, where she developed skills to creatively and flexibly solve problems in complex and uncertain situations. Tiffany’s early transactional experience now guides her commercial litigation practice.

Tiffany has practiced for more than twenty years and represents businesses in disputes involving contract claims, real estate, financing, fiduciary duties, stock and asset sales and construction. Tiffany also counsels her clients on ways to avoid and mitigate risk and find solutions for settlement.

In addition to her commercial litigation practice, Tiffany continues to advise on a wide range of transactional matters for the firm, including start-ups, asset and stock purchases, joint ventures, debt and equity investments, real estate transactions, commercial leases and loan workouts.

Prior to her work with the firm, she was an attorney at an Am Law 100 law firm and represented entrepreneurial and institutional clients in connection with the acquisition, disposition, development, financing, and leasing of commercial real estate projects throughout the United States.

Additionally, Tiffany has represented numerous national homebuilders to acquire and entitle land, and develop multi-phase residential communities, including resolving matters related to title, zoning and property owners’ associations. She has also served as general counsel to a medical company providing clinical and drug safety services, where she negotiated government contracts, established an institutional review board and led the company’s mergers and acquisitions to acquire competing businesses.
